Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Conduct field service visits to client sites for on-site repairs and system upgrades.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices to identify electrical or mechanical faults.
- Repair or replace plumbing components related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with HVAC design modifications or upgrades based on client needs or system requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a related construction or property maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC.
- Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) system layouts.
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair including air conditioning units, pumps, valves, and ductwork.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC setups and property maintenance practices.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
