What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, and manufacturer specifications
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
- Perform installations, repairs, and equipment modifications in accordance with industry standards and local codes
- Utilize diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment, and industry-standard service practices
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings clearly with customers and team members
- Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support the company's growth initiatives
Who We're Looking For
- Expert-level HVAC and refrigeration experience with the confidence and capability to solve challenging technical issues, mentor others, and help establish the standard of excellence for a growing organization.
- We are seeking experienced technicians who are ready to make an immediate impact and who aspire to grow into future leadership opportunities as the company expands.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of all system components
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently
- Strong communicaiton skills
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred
- Manual J, S, and D proficiency
- Experience with commercial refrigeration systems is a plus

Additional Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance requirements.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and any additional screenings required by law or customer contractual obligations.
- Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct when interacting with customers, team members, and business partners.
