Assured Restoration is a small, family-owned construction company looking for a motivated and dependable Project Manager to join our team. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, masonry, decks, patios, drainage, and interior remodeling projects throughout the Columbus area.
This is not a corporate desk job where every day feels the same. We are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with people, managing moving parts, and taking pride in seeing projects come together from start to finish. Many of the projects we take on are unique and complex, making this a fast-paced and rewarding position with constant variety.
We are looking for someone who either:
- Has experience managing residential construction projects from start to finish, or
- Is highly motivated, organized, and willing to learn quickly.
Because we are a small company, we are looking for someone willing to wear multiple hats and become a key part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from scheduling through completion
- Coordinate crews, materials, and subcontractors
- Communicate with homeowners throughout projects
- Perform quality control inspections
- Problem solve jobsite issues as they arise
- Assist with estimating and project planning
- Take incoming appointments/leads and provide estimates
- Help maintain a positive customer experience

Pay:
Based on experience + commission opportunities + additional repair income opportunities.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
