Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking a licensed, experienced Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential and commercial projects throughout Southeast Alaska. This position may be temporary or permanent, with a minimum six-month commitment required for temporary assignments.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
Installation
-
Install new electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and equipment according to blueprints and technical diagrams.
Repair & Troubleshooting
-
Diagnose and repair faults and malfunctions in electrical systems using testing devices and hand tools.

Identify and resolve electrical problems, including power outages and low-voltage supply issues.
Leadership & Development
-
Provide oversight, leadership, and training for electrical apprentices.

Ensure apprentices are working safely, productively, and in compliance with company standards.
Compliance & Safety
-
Ensure all work adheres to local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
Quality & Cleanliness
-
Ensure all electrical work is completed to the highest standard of quality.

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, including job sites and company vehicles.
Project Completion & Preparation
-
Ensure assigned projects are completed according to scope of work and documentation requirements.

Plan, prepare, and transport necessary materials for remote project assignments.
Maintenance & Documentation
-
Maintain assigned tools and vehicles in good working order.
-
Notify the office of maintenance or repair issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and repairs completed within the project management database immediately following project completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, testing devices, tools, and safety procedures

Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Good physical stamina and ability to work in varying environments, including lifting, climbing, and confined spaces

Strong customer service and communication skills

Leadership ability to mentor, manage, and develop apprentices and team members
-
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
-
Diverse experience across residential and commercial electrical systems, installations, troubleshooting, and service work
Licensing Requirement
