Overview
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Electrician or Apprentice with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of in-field experience to join our growing team. This position offers steady, diverse work across both residential and commercial settings.

Please Note: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on, in-field experience is strictly required for this position. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Perform electrical installations, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs in residential and commercial buildings.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues effectively and efficiently.
- System Management: Install and maintain wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, control panels, and other electrical components.
- Compliance: Ensure all work strictly aligns with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety standards.
- Blueprints: Read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Collaboration & Service: Work cohesively with team members and maintain professional, clear communication with clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Asset Care: Safely operate and maintain company-provided vehicles, tools, and equipment in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven, hands-on experience as an electrician (Required).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Massachusetts regulations.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving abilities, and an eye for quality workmanship.
- Traits: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate seamlessly within a team.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Licensing & Travel: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (Required to operate the company vehicle).
Compensation and Benefits:
