Pay Rate/Salary of the Maintenance Manager:
$135K - $165K
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager:
- Supervise and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians across all shifts to ensure 24/7 maintenance support.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team development.
- Oversee the preventive maintenance program and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Coordinate resources to minimize equipment downtime and prioritize maintenance requests based on urgency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications of the Maintenance Manager:
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory maintenance role.
- 5+ years of progressive industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep knowledge of industrial furnace systems and advanced electrical competency.
- Proficiency in CMMS platforms and ability to interpret electrical schematics.
- Preferred qualifications include a licensed electrician certification and experience with additive manufacturing equipment.
