About Us
KW Concrete & Landscaping are growing family-owned companies specializing in residential concrete, landscaping, outdoor living spaces, and fiberglass swimming pools throughout Southwest Ohio.
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who can help bridge the gap between the office, the field, and the customer. This is not an office-only position. The majority of your time will be spent visiting jobsites, meeting with homeowners, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities
- Visit active jobsites daily throughout Southwest Ohio
- Meet with homeowners and provide project updates
- Coordinate schedules for crews, subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout construction
- Resolve jobsite issues and customer concerns professionally
- Communicate daily with ownership, office staff, crews, and subcontractors
- Verify materials, equipment, and labor are ready before projects begin
- Manage project timelines and production schedules
- Create and maintain strong customer relationships
- Document project progress through photos and software updates
- Assist with final walkthroughs and project completion
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, concrete, pool construction, or residential construction management
- Strong understanding of construction processes and job sequencing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
- Ability to read plans, layouts, and project specifications
- Experience coordinating crews and subcontractors
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing residential concrete projects
- Experience with pool construction
- Experience with landscape and hardscape installations
- Previous crew leader, superintendent, foreman, or project manager experience
- Experience with JobTread or similar construction management software
