We're hiring a Project Manager to oversee the installation of geotechnical solutions across multiple projects in the Northeast region (Philly/NJ/NYC). This is a great opportunity for a construction-minded PM who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment and wants to grow with a design-build specialty contractor.

What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day operations of ground improvement, earth retention, micro-pile, and other geotechnical construction projects
Handle contract requirements, change orders, claims, scheduling, cost control, and QA/QC
Serve as the primary liaison between client management, engineering teams, and field foremen
Oversee project invoicing and payment collection
Manage material procurement, vendor quotes, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements
Review daily quality control reports and provide final QC approval prior to project demobilization
Assist Senior Project Managers as needed

What We're Looking For:

Heavy civil construction experience (geotechnical a plus)
BS in Engineering or Construction Management
Strong understanding of project contractual requirements
Proven ability to work effectively as a liaison with Engineers, General Contractors, and Owners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
