What You'll Do

As a Residential Service Electrician, you'll be trusted to manage your own calls and represent Bell Brothers in our customers' homes.

You'll:

Run residential electrical service calls independently from your company vehicle
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with confidence
Complete repairs, upgrades, and installations to code and company standards
Educate homeowners and answer questions honestly and professionally
Present recommendations that genuinely serve the customer's needs
Maintain accurate job documentation and communication
Keep your truck, tools, and inventory organized and ready for success
Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit
Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless customer journey

Commercial Experience Is a Plus

While this role is focused primarily on residential service, electricians with commercial experience bring an added level of expertise and versatility that we highly value.

Our ideal candidate:

Holds a valid Electrical License (Required)
Has proven residential electrical experience
Can confidently run service calls without constant oversight
Excels at troubleshooting and problem-solving
Communicates well with homeowners and teammates
Takes ownership of their work and holds themselves to a high standard
Maintains a professional appearance and attitude
Has a clean driving record
Can pass a background check
Values teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship
