About the Role

As a Digital and Industrial Press Technician, you will drive production excellence by operating high-speed digital and stamping machinery. You will play a critical role in ensuring output accuracy and equipment reliability to meet demanding manufacturing schedules.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor HP and Konica Minolta digital presses alongside high-speed stamping equipment to meet daily production targets.
Analyze work orders and technical blueprints to configure machine setups, ensuring precise material dimensions and tolerances.
Perform proactive equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Conduct rigorous quality inspections using precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify product integrity.
Execute material fabrication tasks including bending, punching, and shearing to meet specific project requirements.
Maintain a high-performance workspace by adhering to LEAN manufacturing and 5S organizational standards.
Document production data and material usage accurately within internal manufacturing software systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize stamping workflows.

Qualifications

Required Skills

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in press operation or industrial manufacturing.
Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical manuals.
Strong mathematical proficiency, specifically with decimals, fractions, and precision measurement.
Demonstrated ability to lift up to 55 pounds and maintain physical activity throughout the shift.
