We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer to complete residential and light commercial installations and replacement projects. You will work on piping, fixtures, water heaters, gas lines, kitchen and bath plumbing, and other system upgrades. This is a strong opportunity for a licensed plumber who values organized work, quality craftsmanship, and the stability of a well-established local company.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, water heaters, sump pumps, and related equipment.
- Complete kitchen, bathroom, gas-line, repiping, water-filtration, and other plumbing projects.
- Read plans, scopes, specifications, and work orders before beginning installation.
- Lay out work accurately and select appropriate materials and equipment.
- Test systems for leaks, safe operation, and code compliance.
- Coordinate inspections and stand inspections when qualified and required.
- Protect customers' property and maintain clean, organized job sites.
- Communicate job progress, field conditions, and material needs to supervisors.
- Accurately document work performed and any approved changes.
- Follow Massachusetts plumbing codes and all company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Relevant plumbing installation experience required.
- Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License is required; Master Plumber License is a plus.
- Experienced plumbing apprentices actively working toward Massachusetts journeyman licensure may also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing installation methods, materials, codes, and safety practices.
- Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and complete professional installations.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
- Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, as permitted by applicable law
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or with a crew.
- Must be able to commute to Taunton, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $30-$55 per hour, based on license level, experience, and demonstrated ability.
- Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.
