Position Summary
We're looking for a Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in enterprise access control and CCTV systems, especially Genetec Security Center (Synergis & Omnicast) and Lenel.
In this role, you will not be doing the installation yourself — instead, you will be overseeing and quality-checking the work of an installation crew on behalf of Care Security Systems. You will ensure all work is completed to our quality specifications, follows project plans, and will function correctly upon activation.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What You'll Do
- Oversee and quality-check all security system installation work performed by the on-site crew
- Ensure all work is completed according to project plans, riser diagrams, and Care Security's specifications
- Serve as the on-site point of contact — answer questions from the installation crew, investigate issues, and communicate solutions
- Interface directly with Care Security's Project Manager to report progress, flag issues, and ensure alignment
- Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and system drawings to verify proper execution
- Verify that all installed systems will function correctly upon commissioning
- Maintain a high standard of safety, professionalism, and appearance on a high-profile job site
- Represent Care Security Systems with the same care you'd show to family
Required Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience installing/servicing commercial enterprise access control & CCTV systems
- Enterprise-level construction site experience is required — candidates with only intercom, Ring alarm, or residential experience will not be considered
- 2–3 years leading or supervising field teams (foreman, lead tech, crew leader, etc.)
- 6 months–2 years hands-on experience terminating:
- Honeywell ProWatch
- Genetec Security Center – Synergis & Omnicast
- Proven experience working on large-scale, multi-trade construction projects
Technical Skills We're Looking For
- Expert in access control panel/controller termination
- Skilled in installing card readers (HID, Wiegand), door hardware, electronic locks, and field devices
- Strong CCTV installation background: IP cameras, cabling, terminations, NVR/DVR platforms
- Solid understanding of IP networking (switches, PoE, addressing, device connectivity)
- Able to read/interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and system drawings — this is critical for this role
- Experienced with Cat5e/Cat6, coax, low-voltage cabling, pulling wire, and field troubleshooting

- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied environments
- Must be local or willing to commute to the Orlando, FL area
