Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating metal components with precision and efficiency, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and safety regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects and custom fabrications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging tasks in a relaxed environment where your craftsmanship makes a real impact and provides a work life balance with a 4 day work week (Monday through Thursday). Full and/or part time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication or welding specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
- Measure materials accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Fabricate sheet metal components for assemblies.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; inspect finished work for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Good attendance is a must.
Skills
- Understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate fabrication.
- Familiarity with mechanical knowledge including plasma cutting, shear operation, and press brake operation is desired.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts effectively and safely.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise fabrication tasks.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
