We're seeking experienced Commercial Foreman Pipefitters to join our team in San Antonio. This is an excellent opportunity for pipefitters with proven experience leading crews and installing hydronic and DX piping systems on commercial projects. If you're a hands-on leader who can keep projects moving while developing and supporting your team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead pipefitting crews on commercial construction projects
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Install and oversee installation of hydronic, chilled water, heating water, condenser water, and DX piping systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
- Maintain quality workmanship and enforce jobsite safety standards
- Assist with layout, planning, material management, and manpower needs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial pipefitting experience
- Previous Foreman or Lead Pipefitter experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of hydronic and DX piping systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and hand tools
