Commercial Service Plumber (Journeyman or Master)

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
- Provide clear communication and professional service to customers
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local plumbing codes
- Maintain a safe and clean job site
- Complete electronic service tickets using company-issued tablet/iPad
- Participate in on-call rotation for evenings and weekends
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service
Minimum Requirements
- Licensed Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber (Required)
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must own personal hand tools
- Must own personal cell phone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass drug test and Driver MVR check
Preferred Qualifications
- TCEQ Backflow Tester License
- Commercial service plumbing experience
- Leadership or mentoring experience
Compensation & Benefits
- $32.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday

Experience & Education
- Plumbing Experience: 5 years preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
