You Are:
KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business or related field.
ORGANIZED : Skilled in time management, task prioritization, and documentation.
COMMUNICATIVE: Strong verbal and written communication; confident in meetings and negotiations.
PROACTIVE: Comfortable coordinating with field crews, clients, and vendors to drive progress.
ADAPTABLE: Excels under changing conditions and tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do:
ASSIST: Support Project Managers with submittals, RFIs, equipment buyouts, budgets, and schedules.
TRACK: Maintain material and equipment logs, manage deliveries, and assist with change orders.
COORDINATE: Serve as a point of contact between field, office, suppliers, and clients.
MONITOR: Participate in jobsite visits, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
DOCUMENT: Help manage project records, reports, and closeout deliverables.
GROW: Develop skills in financial management, contract administration, and client relations.
