Mercier Electric Co., Inc. is currently in need of experienced & skilled Licensed Journeyman Electrician’s, M/F, Foreman for Commercial/Industrial Construction projects in the Worcester MA, Area.
Foreman Electrician Job Summary
- Work direct & supervise a crew of electricians. Coordinate with General Contractors subcontractors and customers · Follow OSHA & company safety standards · Maintain and manage project material inventories · Completion of daily logs, tasks, Job hazard analysis sheets, conduct weekly & daily safety meetings · Coordinate with project manager to meet construction schedules & goals. Work in new & existing construction environments, installing conduit, MC Cable, light fixtures, panelboards, transformers, receptacles, fire alarm & associated equipment for various construction projects.
- Install, inspect, modify & maintain new and existing electrical equipment, controls, communication, and distribution systems.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, specifications & installation instructions for various electrical systems to complete assigned projects.
- Must have strong work ethic as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
