We're hiring an Electrical Journeyman to perform primarily residential electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting while contributing to a productive, professional, and collaborative jobsite environment. This role combines strong technical execution with team support, professionalism, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

In this role, you serve as a Massachusetts licensed Journeyman Electrician installing textbook quality residential and commercial electrical work. You are comfortable working independently on assigned tasks while collaborating closely with field leadership and fellow team members to support overall project success.

You have an experienced understanding of high quality residential and commercial electrical system installation and techniques, can confidently interpret plans and specifications, and consistently deliver workmanship that meets company standards and code requirements. You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and adapt well to changing project conditions.

You value professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. In addition to completing your own work, you support apprentices and newer team members by sharing knowledge, reinforcing safety practices, and helping maintain a positive team environment.

You communicate clearly, stay organized, and take ownership of your responsibilities while contributing to a culture of quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

What We Offer

· $35-$40 per hour, based on experience

Work Location & Requirements

This is a full-time field position working primarily on active residential construction projects. A current driver's license and clean driving records is required. Team members are expected to have reliable transportation to the main Gabriel Electric shop/office. Transportation to projects off site will be provided.

Overtime may be required to complete projects. General working hours are 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
