Job Description
We are seeking an experienced framing carpenters to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in residential and/or commercial wood framing and be able to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Layout and construct walls, floors, and roof systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure, cut, and install framing materials accurately
- Set trusses, rafters, and structural components
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely
- Work efficiently with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of framing experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read blueprints and framing plans
- Own basic hand tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Must be dependable and show up on time
