HVAC Service Technician - Residential | 3+ Years Field Experience

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our residential service team in the Massachusetts area. If you're a skilled HVAC Tech who takes pride in quality work and wants to be somewhere your experience is respected from day one, keep reading.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems including furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioning, and boilers
- Perform full system evaluations and provide honest recommendations to homeowners
- Complete accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch
- Represent Pro Comfort Control professionally on every call
- Uphold our high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
- EPA 608 certification required
- Proficiency diagnosing and repairing gas furnaces, heat pumps, central A/C, and ductless mini splits and boilers are preferred but not required
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
