Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced salesperson to lead our sales initiatives and oversee remodeling projects from start to finish. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by developing strong client relationships, presenting tailored remodeling solutions, and managing project execution with precision. You will need experience with both in person and phone sales as well as familiarity with spreadsheet work and data entry. You will need your own transportation and there will be on site appointments and drop offs.

Responsibilities

Lead the sales process by engaging prospective clients, conducting consultations, and presenting comprehensive remodeling proposals that align with their needs and budgets.
Develop detailed construction estimates.
Manage all aspects of remodeling projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
Have some general knowledge of home remodeling and design. We can teach if you are a quick learner.
Monitor project performance through detailed reporting on schedule adherence, budget status, and resource utilization to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions.
