Basic Requirement: The Desire and Ability to complete multiple scopes.

Minimum 5 years of commercial carpentry experience, with at least 3 years specifically working on Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
Journeyman Carpenter ability
Setting Windows and Doors. (New and Remodel).
Proficient with hand and power tools, layout instruments, and rigging equipment.
Assist in foundation construction - ability to utilize some heavy equipment preferred.

PEMB Knowledge Required:

Proficient in reading and interpreting metal building erection drawings and blueprints
Strong knowledge of PEMB components, connection details, and installation sequences
Removal and replacement of 24 to 29 gauge panels.
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Metal building repairs, and alterations
Re-roof & Re-sheet of existing metal buildings.
Experience with major metal building manufacturers (Nucor, VP, Ceco, American Buildings, etc.)
Monolithic foundation layout and rebar placement.Certifications/Licenses:
Related Certifications/Training: (Panel installation, Rigging, Forklift/Aerial equipment, OSHA 10).
Forklift, scissor/boom lift experience - cert a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (CDL Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
