Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including refrigeration systems - Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues - Collaborate with other technicians and maintenance personnel - Maintain accurate records of all work performed Requirements: - Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R systems - Ability to use tools such as ohmmeters, pressure gauges, and other diagnostic equipment - Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality service delivery - Certification or license in HVAC maintenance is preferred - Prior experience in property maintenance or as a service technician is a plus Join our team as an HVAC Technician and contribute your expertise to ensure optimal performance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
