Job Overview

Family-owned HVAC company serving the Lakes Region of New Hampshire seeking an experienced installer to join our team. This is primarily an installation role focused on rough-in through startup. You'll work alongside our existing crew under the direction of a Team Lead. The right candidate is efficient, takes pride in clean work, and doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder on a job site.

Duties

Perform HVAC installations including ductwork, equipment set, refrigerant line sets, and system startup (approximately 80-90% of role)
Execute rough-in work
Coordinate with Team Lead on site timelines
Perform light service and diagnostic work as needed (approximately 10-20% of role)
Operate company vehicles safely; maintain cleanliness and documentation

Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Valid NH driver's license with clean driving record
NH Gas Fitter license not required — ability to obtain preferred long term

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000-$72,000/yr based on experience
$1,000 signing bonus paid at 90 days of employment
Company vehicle provided for job site travel
