Project Manager- Commercial Construction
Location: Monticello, GA

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from concept to completion. This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, including client meetings, project review, and value-engineering suggestions
- Prepare job estimates, bids, and contract documents
- Oversee all stages of construction, including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage project budgets, cost control, billing, and financial reporting
- Coordinate materials, equipment logistics, and subcontractor activities
- Ensure compliance with municipal requirements, permits, and inspections
- Oversee subcontractor performance, negotiations, and contract changes
- Maintain quality control and resolve project issues proactively
- Ensure jobsite safety compliance across all projects
- Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and budget analysts to meet project deadlines and financial goals
- Provide general oversight of daily construction activities across multiple job sites
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant, retail, government sector, interior, and ground-up construction. 2-3 years of commercial construction experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with field personnel, management, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and owners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and internal field personnel for efficient production.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and enforcement
- Ability to resolve contract disputes and manage change orders
- Proactive problem solver with sound judgment, creativity, and discretion
- Familiarity with standard construction concepts, practices, and procedures
