Rate Card: $55- 58/hr on W2
Job Description:
- Electrical Engineer with approximately 3 - 10 years of experience. Candidates within this range have generally demonstrated the ideal balance of technical knowledge, growth potential, and willingness to remain hands-on in the day-to-day work
- The team is seeking individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and execute rather than operate primarily in a design leadership or strategic capacity
- Engineers who are comfortable rolling up their sleeves and actively participating in layout, testing, validation, and documentation activities
- Candidates who have remained technically involved in the execution of projects rather than primarily managing, directing, or overseeing technical teams
- Individuals with a "learn more, do more" mindset who are motivated by hands-on engineering work
Requirements:
- Altium experience is a must-have
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, including complex PCB and system-level design.
- Strong knowledge of analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power circuit design, validated by advanced circuit simulation, modeling, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with EDA and simulation tools, including PSpice, LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium Designer (preferred), Allegro PCB, and ORCAD.
- Proven experience in signal integrity, power integrity, EMC/EMI, and thermal simulations for complex electronic systems.
- Strong background in motor control circuits, sensors, and communication interfaces, including I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Wi-Fi, and BLE.
- Demonstrated experience defining and executing design verification and validation protocols under FDA design control requirements.
- Working experience within a QMS/ISO13485.
- Familiarity with IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-1-2, and other applicable electrical safety and EMC standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
