Duties

Diagnose appliance issues by interpreting schematics and technical manuals with precision.
Perform repairs on various appliances, including electrical components, mechanical parts, and refrigeration systems.
Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and restore appliance functionality efficiently.
Read and interpret schematics to identify faulty parts or systems accurately.
Conduct installation and assembly of new appliances in customers’ homes or commercial settings.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings.

Skills

Proven experience in appliance repair with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals confidently.
Solid mechanical knowledge across various appliances and HVAC systems.
Previous delivery driver experience using box trucks or similar vehicles is a plus.
Expertise in refrigeration systems and equipment repair is highly desirable.
Field service experience demonstrating the ability to work independently in diverse environments.
Strong electrical experience with troubleshooting electrical components safely and effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
