JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring a lead residential install plumber who knows how to run jobs, lead helpers, and install clean, code-compliant systems without hand holding. This is NOT an entry level position.
JOB DUTIES
- Leading full residential installs (repipes, water heaters, tankless water heaters, water filtration).
- Running jobs from start to finish without micromanagement.
- Directing helpers efficiently
- Represent the company professionally in the clients' homes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years residential install experience
- Lead Plumbers are considered senior level and operate their own truck
- Ability to show up on time & take pride in your work.
