Commercial Glass Project Manager / Estimator Requirements:

2-3 + Years of Commercial Glass/Glazing Project Management or Estimating experience on on Projects Ranging from $50K to $2M+ required
Kawneer Direct (Online Ordering/Estimating Platform) and Partner Pak (Material Ordering/PM Platform) experience required
Ability to Read Plans, Complete Takeoffs, and Prepare Estimates required
Experience with Interior Glass Partitions/Heavy Glass, Storefronts, Curtain Walls, and Entrance Systems with Hardware preferred
Experience with Glazier Studio, QuickBooks, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Smartsheet preferred

Position Offers:

Commercial Glass Project Manager / Estimator Responsibilities:

This role estimates and manages commercial glass and glazing projects from bid through close-out for storefront, curtain wall, entrance systems, and interior glass projects of various sizes
Duties include working with general contractors, architects, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, within budget, contract-compliant, and fully billed
Additional responsibilities include plan review, material takeoffs, estimating, submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, procurement, installation scheduling, change orders, cost tracking, and AIA billing
Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
