Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and light-commercial HVAC systems. Key tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with EPA regulations, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction through professional service and clear communication.

Qualifications

Proficient in maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve heating and air conditioning system issues
Certified or knowledgeable in EPA regulations and compliance
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication
Knowledge of HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioning, and indoor air quality equipment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
Ability to work independently and in emergency situations when needed
