Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining air conditioning systems.
If you also possess the skills of selling jobs, we have commission structures in place
Duties:
- Install new air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes
Skills:
- Proficiency in HVAC systems including the ability to install, repair, and maintain them
-Ability to troubleshoot Mini Split Air Conditioners and Central Air Conditioners
-Ability to install Mini Split Air Conditioners
-Ability to clean Mini Split Air Conditioners
- Mechanical knowledge to understand system operations
- Experience with tools such as multimeters, refrigeration gauges, braising equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for HVAC systems
-Good communication skills and the ability to inform and educate customers
-Integrity
-Clean-cut appearance
-Passionate about HVAC
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Certification in HVAC repair and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Technician will need to his own HVAC tools
