Must have ability to follow instructions, work without supervision, read plans and work with superintendents to ensure all jobs completed on time and to codes and compliance. Summary
As an HVAC Installer for both residential and commercial projects, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Reporting to the HVAC Supervisor, your core expertise in refrigeration and HVAC will be essential for ensuring optimal system performance. You will leverage your premium skills in construction and HVAC design, along with relevant experience in mechanical knowledge and field service, to deliver high-quality service. A valid driver's license is required, as you will be traveling to various job sites to complete ductwork and other installations. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for both residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper installation of ductwork and refrigeration units.
- Conduct routine inspections and service calls, addressing any issues with air conditioning and heating systems.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license to transport tools and equipment to job sites.
