As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated HVAC Helper to join our team and work alongside experienced technicians on residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality projects.

What You'll Do

Assist technicians with HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance
Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
Help install ductwork, piping, condensers, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Learn proper HVAC service and installation procedures
Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Follow company safety procedures and job site standards
Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Mechanical aptitude or construction experience preferred, but not required
HVAC trade school students and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
