Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Automotive Bodywork Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair(body repair, sanding, masking, painting, detailing, and restoration) These roles require hands-on experience with various automotive systems, as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service. The Automotive Technicians will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate at peak performance.

Duties

Perform routine vehicle maintenance and light repairs.
Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Conduct auto body repairs, including welding, fabrication, and detailing.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
Engage in minor auto restoration projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Execute MIG welding and sheet metal work as required for repairs.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs clearly to clients.
Assist in auto estimating processes to provide accurate quotes for repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Perform heavy lifting as necessary during the repair process.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an automotive technician role is required; dealership experience is a plus.
Proficient in mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and components.
Familiarity with auto body repair techniques, including soldering, assembly, and auto painting.
Experience with airless paint spraying is desirable.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures and standards.
Ability to work with various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
