Ross Company, Inc. is a family-owned commercial HVAC and refrigeration company based in Haverhill, MA. We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician who is EPA Universal Certified and has a minimum of 3 years of hands-on service experience.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on commercial HVAC / Refrigeration service experience
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Position Overview:
As a Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role includes diagnosing system issues, performing preventative maintenance, ensuring proper equipment startup, and maintaining reliable system operation for our customers.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications — up to $130,000 annually
- Weekly pay, including compensation for all hours worked (travel time to jobs included)
