Construction & Restoration Technician – Illinois Restoration Services – Frankfort, IL

Illinois Restoration Services is a full-service mitigation, restoration, and contents company serving the Southwestern suburbs of Chicago and Northwest Indiana, with our office located in Frankfort, Illinois. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated construction professional who can work independently from the field and bring strong trade skills with a willingness to learn additional areas of the business.

Required Experience: Candidates must have construction experience. We are looking for a team member who can contribute right away.

This is a field-based position, not an office role. Work is performed primarily from your truck and at job sites.

Key areas of the job include:

· Demolition/Deconstruction

· Framing

· Carpentry

· Flooring- (Tile, Snap Lock Laminate, Vinyl)

· Painting

· Drywall

· Roofing experience is a plus

· Electrical experience is a plus

· Plumbing experience is a plus

Requirements: Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to complete a background check.

Schedule and Compensation

This is full-time position scheduled primarily Monday-Friday. Shift timing may vary based on business needs. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

IICRC Certified is a plus
