Fagioli, Inc. and its subsidiary F4 Construction are experiencing rapid growth, with projects expanding across the United States. We are actively seeking an experienced Certified Lattice Boom Crane Operator to support heavy lift operations in industrial and construction environments nationwide.
What You’ll Do
As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating large-scale lattice boom cranes in dynamic, high-risk environments.
- Operate stationary and mobile lattice boom cranes to lift, move, position, and place heavy loads
- Execute precise lifts in refineries, industrial plants, and large construction sites
- Perform equipment inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards before and after each lift
- Work closely with rigging crews, signal persons, and site leadership to execute lift plans
- Adapt to varying job site conditions and project requirements across the country
What Experience You Need (Must-Have)
We are specifically targeting candidates with hands-on, field-based experience operating high-capacity lattice boom cranes:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience operating lattice boom cranes in industrial or heavy construction environments
- Proven experience working on refinery, petrochemical, plant, or large infrastructure projects
- Direct operating experience with one or more of the following crane models:
- LR-1500
- LR-1750
- LR-11350
- CC-2500
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex lifts, heavy picks, and precision placements
- Experience working in travel-based roles or multi-site project environments
Required Certifications & Qualifications
- Current NCCCO Certification (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators)
- Valid TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able and willing to travel extensively across the U.S.
