HVAC Service Technicians & Installers – Now Hiring
We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Installers to join our growing residential team. Whether your background is in service, installation, or both, we'd like to hear from you. We work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, and experience with oil and propane is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
HVAC Service Technicians
- Service and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC systems
- Work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
- Service heat pumps, ductless systems, boilers, propane systems, and electric heating/cooling units
- Provide excellent customer service and educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Use technical support resources as needed for diagnostics
- Complete daily documentation using a company tablet
HVAC Installers
- Lead installation projects for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, radiant heat systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems
- Work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric heating/cooling systems
- Communicate with customers throughout the installation process
- Supervise and mentor installation team members as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- 3+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong knowledge of refrigerant, gas, oil, propane, and electric HVAC systems
- Experience with heat pumps, ductless systems, boilers, and air conditioning systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to consult customers on repair vs. replacement options
- Understanding of air balancing principles
- Experience with HVAC low-voltage systems preferred
- Radiant heat experience preferred for installers
- Leadership or job supervision experience preferred for installers
- Oil and propane service experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC technical school certificate preferred
- MA or NH Gas License preferred (training available)
- MA or NH Oil License preferred (training available)
