Duties

Assist with site cleanup, organization, and preparation to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies as needed for various projects.
Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools or materials during work activities.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
Help with minor repairs or maintenance tasks around the worksite.
Contribute to maintaining a positive team environment by communicating effectively and staying proactive.

Skills

Prior experience in general labor, welding and working with sheet metal is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is key.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
Good communication skills to work well within a team setting.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines.
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or maintenance work is beneficial.
