We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system start-ups
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional attitude
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive pay with earning potential up to $130,000 per year
- Weekly pay, including paid travel time
- $250 bonus for each scheduled on-call weekend
