Comfort Seasons Heating & Air is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. We proudly provide high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services for both residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Diagnose heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
Install ductwork, thermostats, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and rooftop units.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, maintenance, and replacement options.
Complete service reports accurately and maintain company documentation.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years of HVAC experience (commercial and residential preferred).
EPA Certification required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

NATE Certification is a plus.
Experience with rooftop units, VRF systems, package units, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
