Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Prepare bid packages and solicit proposals from subcontractors and vendors
- Maintain current project drawing sets and document revisions
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals and shop drawings
- Monitor project schedules and proactively identify potential delays or risks
- Maintain organized project documentation within the company's construction management software and digital storage platform
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items
- Assist with project closeout, punch lists, warranties and final documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help streamline project management processes
- Proactively identify gaps, delays or risks and communicate them to the team
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and internal teams
- Willing to learn, adapt and grow within the company
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and follow through
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify gaps, risks and opportunities
- Detail oriented with a high level of accountability and ownership
- Comfortable working with subcontractors, architects, engineers and internal team
- Experience using construction management software and digital project documentation systems
- Willing to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
- Familiarity with construction documents and workflows
- Ability to read, review and interpret architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Bilingual (verbal & written); Spanish/English

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
