What You’ll Do
As our Maintenance Plumber, you’ll help maintain plumbing systems across multiple dealership locations, ensuring safe, functional facilities for both customers and team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, valves, drains, water lines, and fixtures
- Diagnose plumbing issues quickly and perform effective repairs
- Respond to urgent plumbing emergencies to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance to avoid costly system failures
- Ensure all work meets current plumbing codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
- Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams on special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Plumbing experience required (commercial maintenance experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize urgent issues
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements
This role requires active, hands-on work, including:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Repetitive hand and body motion
- Lifting and moving materials and tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly
