We are seeking an experienced Ironworker/Welder to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in structural steel fabrication and erection. The ideal candidate is a certified welder with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:
- Extensive experience in structural steel fabrication and steel erection
- Certified Welder (must provide valid certifications)
- Knowledgeable in Print Reading
- Proficient with Lull and lift operations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate field fabrication and installation teams
- Ensure structural components are fabricated and installed according to plans and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment on-site
