As our Residential Sales Professional, you will help homeowners identify their comfort needs and shape customized HVAC solutions that fit their lifestyle. You'll present our exclusive maintenance program in a way that simplifies decision-making and reinforces long-term value. Forward momentum is maintained by revisiting warm bids, answering questions with confidence, and helping customers see the benefit behind each recommendation. You will also spend time representing Kern at trade shows, events, and referral groups to build meaningful connections within the community. Occasional evening and weekend on-call availability ensures that customers receive the responsive support they appreciate.
