Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Inspect HVAC systems and components to ensure they are functioning properly
- Repair or replace defective equipment, parts, or components
- Test HVAC systems for proper operation using specialized tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working on HVAC systems
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components (3 years experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting
- Experience with property maintenance tasks such as plumbing, building repairs, etc.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
