What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform detailed system inspections and clearly communicate findings to customers
- Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options in a confident and educational way
- Install and maintain HVAC equipment according to manufacturer and company standards
- Deliver a high-level customer experience focused on trust, clarity, and value
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and recommendations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient job completion and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable communicating with customers and presenting solutions
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, repair practices, and installation standards
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the field
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
