Responsibilities

Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites and commercial projects.
Learn to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to support project execution.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision to complete wiring tasks and conduit installations.
Support the setup and troubleshooting of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems following NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards.
Participate in electrical safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA regulations.
Assist with reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and schematics for various systems.
Contribute to the inspection of electrical components using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to ensure proper functionality.

Experience

Previous experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners.
Familiarity with industrial or commercial electrician practices is a plus.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic blueprint reading enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
Knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC (National Electrical Code), high voltage, low voltage systems, and electrical safety procedures is advantageous.
Experience with framing carpentry or other construction trades can be beneficial for understanding project workflows.
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work safely in physically demanding environments.

Pay: $21.04 - $30.15 per hour
