We’re growing and looking to add a skilled Carpenter to our crew who shares that same dedication to quality and detail.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to build custom cabinetry and millwork
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood components with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
- Inspect products to meet or exceed quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or in a woodshop environment
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift materials as needed
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with custom cabinetry or millwork
- Familiarity with CNC machines or CAD software
- Basic finishing or installation experience
