What You'll Do

Build agricultural and commercial projects across Wisconsin
Use hand and power tools to bring projects to life
Work alongside an experienced crew that supports and teaches each other
Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
Solve problems, tackle challenges, and take pride in quality craftsmanship

What We're Looking For

Experience with hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Team player who communicates well and works safely
Willingness to travel as needed
